Comments from org members should default to private

As an org member, I would like to be able to default all my comments on a public post to private, and then make the conscious choice to make the comment public either before or after I post.

(The consequence of forgetting to mark a comment as public and then doing it afterward is possibly losing a little bit of time. The consequence of unintentionally making a comment public which was meant to be private are… significantly more.)
