Enable Notifications for Unfocused Windows

Currently, desktop and sound notifications for new chats and replies only trigger when the browser tab is minimized. I would like to request that notifications also trigger when the window is open and visible, but is not the currently active/focused window.

My workflow involves having the chat system open on a dedicated monitor at all times. Because the window is always open, I don't receive any notifications when I am working in another window on my main monitor. This can lead to missed chats or delayed responses.

Enabling notifications for unfocused (but not minimized) windows would greatly improve the user experience for agents using multi-monitor setups.
