[API] GET Post By slug

Right now the API only accepts IDs or search via filters. I want to provide a post URL and get it back via the API. For now in a situation where I only have the URL, I have to scrape from the HTML page.

When only url’s are available for searching a specific post, just extracting the slug and searching by that would simplify the situation.
