Option to Limit Follow-Up Questions to Post Creator Only

Currently, follow-up questions are displayed to all end-users who interact with a post (e.g., by voting or creating it). We request a feature that allows administrators to configure follow-up questions to be strictly visible and answerable only by the original post creator, and not by other end-users who upvote or comment on the post. This would enable more targeted feedback collection from the original proposer of an idea.
