Prefill type and data when triggering feedback widget

It would be cool if we could have a way to open the feedback widget, but type, title, ... could already be prefilled.

Would be great to have something like this:

Has some overlap with Ability to pre-select board from feedback widget , but adds the request to prefill title/content as well on top of pre-selecting the type.
