Shadow ban user / Bulk Mark private

Sometimes we get users who spam the board with low quality posts.

Currently we can ban them to prevent new posts, but need to individually mark old comments / posts as private.

It would be nice to have a ‘shadow ban’ feature that automatically marks their previous content as private, and requires moderation on any new content before becoming public.
