Show Support App Notifications on Top in Android

Goal: Notifications from the Support App appear at the top of my Android notifications with Priority notifications and conversation notifications.

Why: Notifications for incoming messages are a high priority, but they currently get lost in my other notifications.

Current behavior: Current notifications get pushed down into the generic noise of the other notifications, making it hard to catch when there’s a new message.
