We’re finding customers are often not aware of requests in our feedback board as they don’t often check it. We have quite low engagement.
As a result I am speaking to customers on the phone, and then upvoting on their behalf when they tell me they want to be kept in the loop!
We believe that weekly emails to our customers with the latest requests from our boards would really encourage participation. We’d want to be able to send these to all users - including brand new users who haven’t participated on the board yet.
