Changelog Emails - Subject based on 'Title' of Post

It would be great if the emails sent in relation to changelog posts had a subject, based on the 'title' of the post being added.

Currently, each email sent out shows 'Brixly has new updates!', whereas it would be great if this was as follows...

'Brixly Changelog - Imunify360 - IP Address Whitelisting'

The bolded section above is based on the title of the post itself.
