User impact score

It is super important to be able to measure user impact score when collecting insights from users. We just moved from the product board which handles this in a very standardized way.

How important is this to you?

No Impact

Low

Medium

High

The score is an aggregate of all the users that reported the same idea, and each importance level carries weight in different points. For instance:

No Impact means +0

Low +1

Medium +2

High +3

If two users reported the same idea, and marked it as "High", the impact score for that idea would be 6 points.
