Add space buffer when using unordered lists

When a changelog uses unordered lists to organize changes the preview smushes the end of the previous line with the first line of the list. This results in the preview looking like this: TitleFirst Unordered List Line

As a result, I add white space to the end of the title, but it would be nice if this happened automatically at the start of lists.
