Automatically detect and tag Out-of-Office (OOO) emails in the support inbox

When forwarding support emails to Featurebase, out-of-office (OOO) auto-replies currently trigger notifications and clutter the inbox.

It would be helpful to have automatic OOO detection, where the system recognizes typical OOO patterns (e.g., subject lines, auto-reply headers) and either:

  • Tags the conversation as β€œOOO”

  • Or filters it out from active notifications

This would keep the inbox clean, reduce noise for support agents, and make it easier to prioritize real customer inquiries.
