Changelogs button not visible on dashboard for Starter plan owner

As an owner on the Starter plan, I am unable to see the 'Changelogs' button on the Featurebase dashboard, as suggested by documentation. However, I can directly access the changelog page via URL. This creates a discrepancy between expected UI and actual functionality for users with the 'owner' role on the Starter plan, making it difficult to manage changelogs from the main dashboard.
