Custom categories for changelogs

The categories "New", "Improved" and "Fixed" may not be enough for some teams. It would be very useful if you allowed users to add their own categories so that users can filter changelogs better.

For instance, users could make custom categories for changelogs like "Mobile", "Web" and "Desktop" to let users know whether the improvement is on the mobile app, the web app or the desktop app.
