Customizable Email Footer with Agent Details and Company Information

I want to be able to fully customize the email footer of outgoing emails to include specific agent details such as their full name, job title (e.g., Customer Service Agent), a personal picture, and detailed company contact information like a phone number and working hours.

Currently, the footer displays generic information like "Jason (PT) Private Tabs", and I need it to reflect a more professional and detailed signature, for example:

"Jason B Customer Service Agent Private Tabs 123-123-1234 (Call or Text) Monday - Friday 8AM to 5PM Central".

This is important for branding, providing clear contact information, and distinguishing support agents.
