Email notification for content awaiting moderation

Currently, email notifications for new comments and posts are only sent after the content has been approved and made public. Users who use moderation need to manually check the Moderation tab in the Dashboard to see content awaiting review. This feature request is to add an option for organization admins to receive email notifications immediately when new comments or posts are submitted and enter the moderation queue, before they are approved. This would help moderators stay informed and review content more promptly without needing to constantly check the dashboard.
