Feedback boards as top level menu items

It would be very useful if we could have top level menu items for Bug Reports, Feature Requests, etc. So instead of just modules allowed here, allow boards as well.

Currently, it is hard to find bug reports, as the user needs to use the drop down toggle on ‘feedback’. Making this more visible up front, would be much appreciated!
