Help Desk integration / API

Currently, we use our wordpress site and a plugin betterdocs to manage our helpdesk.

This allows us to build helpdesk into our site, style them and also, take advantage of Weglots translation on our site, translating docs into 20 languages.

Now, the featurebase docs are great - the UX is really helpful when a user creates a new feature or request we get prompts to view helpdesk pages that might help.


I have a few suggestions.
- Allow use to provide our own URL slug of helpdesk docs to suggest articles during the creation of a feature or bug.
- Some kind of Zapier/API access to grab helpdesk articles in featurebase, allowing us to replicate them on our helpdesk sites.
- An API or Zapier that allows us to call featurebase articles, so that we can use them in AI chatbot workflows. (for example, our ticket platform Plain, we have an automation to first search our helpdesk in the language of the speaker and send a link).

Just some ideas on this topic as the helpdesk feature is great, but I feel like if we don’t use it, we miss out on some great functionality.
