Keyword-based Workflow Triggers

I want to be able to set up a workflow rule that triggers based on specific keywords or phrases in incoming customer messages (e.g., "bounce back" phrases). This would allow me to automatically assign these conversations to a specific team and close them. This is important for managing automated system emails or specific types of inquiries efficiently.
