I am experiencing significant issues with the messenger feature. When our team members are CC'd on email exchanges with clients, the messenger constantly pops up with notifications for every response in those email threads.
This is highly disruptive, interrupting work in progress and meetings, and causing irritation.
I would like the chat/messenger functionality and its notifications to be separated from email exchanges to prevent this constant interruption.
Either disable messenger widget popup, when CC-d or add an option to have this behavior
