Multiple change request friction

When adding multiple changelog requests, it would be nice to be able to:

• Add the date when you add the changelog item (at the moment you have to publish first before then updating the date)

• When you have published, have a button to create a new changelog item from that screen, so you don't have to publish and then go back to the changelog to then click the create new button
