Multiple levels for descriptions with role support

Add multiple levels of description for different roles. This would help to reduce complexity from roadmaps and streamline roadmaps for different stakeholders. At the moment multiple tickets for the same topic would be necessary to keep users informed and not confuse them.

e.g. Feature | Add Gitlab integration

  • Level 1 - roles [hr, marketing,...]- This is a feature for the operations team. It enables the sync between Gitlab and Featurebase

  • Level 2 - roles [manager, team lead,...] - With a Gitlab integration, comments and news from gitlab issues are synced to each synced Featurebase tickets.

  • Level 3 - roles [product owner, dev] - Setup the Gitlab integration within the gitlab instance and report the functional setup to the PO. The integration will sync issues incl. comments with tickets on Featurebase
