Open by default the form when user clicks on "Leave us a feedback"

It’s pretty unlikely that user parses all the former feedback to add a + 1 to the issue it encounters. Idea is to reduce steps to add a feedback to make sure that lazy people or users a bit in a hurry leave comments. It should be doable straight from my SaaS, without leaving the tool.
