Organization Managed Boards

I know this is outside of the wheelhouse, but it would be great if I could configure a board to be “Organization Managed“ and allow users them to update status of tickets.

I know if seems wild, however this would be a super powerful feature. For our customers, since we deal with monitoring the physical world; sometimes issues require action from our customer’s side.
