I want a pre-chat form to automatically ask for a user's name and email before they start a conversation, especially when they are not logged in. This is important because currently, anonymous users are given auto-generated names, and I have to manually ask for and enter their details.

Ich möchte, dass ein Formular vor dem Chat automatisch nach dem Namen und der E-Mail-Adresse des Nutzers fragt, bevor dieser ein Gespräch beginnt, insbesondere wenn er nicht angemeldet ist. Das ist wichtig, da anonyme Nutzer derzeit automatisch generierte Namen erhalten und ich ihre Daten manuell erfragen und eingeben muss.
