Preserve Hyperlinks from Help Center Articles in Chat Widget

When content from a Help Center article is displayed within the chat widget, any hyperlinks present in the original article content should be preserved and displayed as clickable links in the chat. Currently, it appears these links may not be clickable, causing friction for users who are directed to external resources (like a pricing page) via a link in the article. This feature would ensure a seamless user experience by allowing users to click directly on links provided in the article content within the chat interface.
