Proactive welcome chat messages triggered by new user signup

I want to automatically send a welcome chat message to every new user who signs up for Filently — without them having to open the chat first. The goal is for new users to see a personal message from the founders pop up in the chat as soon as they log in for the first time. This helps them know there are real people behind the product. Currently, I'm doing this manually, which doesn't scale.
