Profile Card Preview while hover over a username

If someone hover over a username, there should be a card with the typical users information from his profile.

In addition, an @mention option would also be nice, somehow it doesn't seem to work or there is none. In general, there are missing somereally important basic standards, such as the mention, profile hover cards or the possibility to set your own categories (not only tags)
