The feedback we receive from our users does not offer enough insight because there’s no guidance from the submission flow I can provide to the user.
To have insightful feedback, we want to be able to provide better guidance to our users, in fact, separated fields so that they can tell us:
What the problem is, and how it impacts their day-to-day work
What is their proposed feature request
If we can customise these fields during the submission process, it would help tremendously how we receive feedback, and your customers can customise their own fields to make the submission process more structured.
