Separate post-creation form for admins - allow assigning posts and ETAs immediately

The current post-creation form is simple and perfect for users submitting feedback.

However, it would be nice to have a separate post-creation form for org admins that, in addition to boards and tags, allows assigning posts and ETAs instantly during post-creation. This would also improve the task management side of Featurebase.

Currently, if I want to create a task for my teammate with a certain deadline, I first have to create the post and then find it in the dashboard, click it, and only then can I assign it to them.
