Status update emails: Include a link to the post

Currently the ‘status update’ emails include a single button, “reply”.

It would make sense if the user could also have a quick way to simply navigate to the post itself, without needing to signify some intent to ‘reply’. For instance, the name of the post is shown in the email itself—this should be clickable.
