Users can Leave Organization instead of Deleting their account

Users have the ability to Delete User. When user has accounts in multiple organizations - deleting their root User isn’t an option as it also deletes the Organizations owned by it.

Instead of Deleting the user - offer an alternative option to just Leave Organization.
The alternative would allow user to Leave or Delete a single Organization and keep the others.

Scenarios that would need the alternative:

1. I’m an admin in an org, but other admin can’t remove myself in a timely manner.

2. I’ve created another org and now I’d like to delete the org I tested the functionalities on.

3. I was mistakenly invited to the org, but they won’t remove me.
