Help centers are one of the best ways to provide self-serve help to your customers, and we’ve been working hard to build one of the best ones.

Our help center also seamlessly integrates with your feedback portal, roadmap, and changelog. For example, we suggest relevant articles to your users during post-creation. You can also mention knowledge articles while answering feedback, in changelog releases, and more.

We’ll be integrating the knowledge base even more into Featurebase. Upcoming features include:
Automatic changelog generation from knowledge base articles
Article satisfaction score measurement
AI agents for answering questions based on open issues and knowledge-base content

To start, go to the Help Center tab in your dashboard, create articles, and set up the structure.
