We're thrilled to ship two highly requested features for the new Support platform – making your support even more efficient. Let's jump right in!


Support module email notifications and replies βœ‰οΈ

Never miss a customer reply again! You and your teammates will now get email notifications for new messages and other enabled activities after 3 minutes of inactivity.

This also allows you to reply to customers directly from your own email inbox.

You can fully customize the support notifications from Settings β†’ Support β†’ Notifications to match your preferences.

Custom training sources for Fibi πŸ“

You can now add custom training content to Fibi, allowing it to deliver even better responses alongside your existing Featurebase workspace content.

Supported sources include:

  • Files (PDF, Word, Text, and more)

  • Websites (entire sites or specific URLs)

  • Custom snippets (Q&A)

You can even upload or link your Notion or Confluence documents.

We're super excited about this feature, as it gives you more ways to enhance Fibi's usefulness and cut down on manual support.
