Shared Inbox

Ability to make the inbox team-specific to make sure admins don't respond to the same requests. Currently, each admin has a different inbox status for general notifications.

Hi there!

We have multiple admins working in our organization - but the inbox seems to be user-specific? Could we perhaps have a shared inbox option for replies to tickets actioned by other admins?
