You can now ask AI to give you a crisp summary on any topic, such as “Dealbreakers for our users” and “Usability issues” based on your users’ feedback.
It will search through all posts, comments & content in your workspace and give you a detailed report with citations for raw user feedback.
From your Dashboard Posts page, you will now see an “✨Ask AI” button in the top-right corner to ask your AI advisor any question based on your feedback.

If you search for feedback using any filter, a small button will be available on the bottom side of the page to help give you a quick summary of top ideas based on the results you searched for.
These new AI features are available starting from the Growth plan.
We’ve reworked the entire search functionality to also search through comments and highlight relevant keywords & content.
You can now create, read, delete & update your help center via our API.
Embed any iFrame: You can now embed any iFrame inside your changelog and help center articles.
Fixed date formatting for select languages
