Improved

Changelog rework (write with AI), sharable roadmap views, OG images & many other improvements

We're thrilled to bring you a massive rework to the Featurebase changelog together with many other quality of life improvements.

Changelog rework

  • AI-Generated Changelogs (Beta): Let GPT-4 assist you in crafting effective and insightful changelogs automatically by summarizing completed features since your last release.

  • Advanced Styling Options: Gain flexibility with more styling components like tables and callouts to align your changelogs with your brand.

  • Preview Subscribers: Before you go live, get a sneak peek into what subscribers will see your update.

  • Consistent Styling Layouts: Changelog formatting now looks perfect without any effort needed from your end, spacing is automatically applied evenly all across the content.

  • Improved Published Changelog Editing:Β Editing changelogs, after publishing, no longer immediately update the live version but are kept as a draft.

  • Improved Email Design: The content design of the changelog emails has been redone for better consistency.

Filters in URL for Roadmap & Changelog

When applying filters to the roadmap, they will now be kept inside the url. The view of the roadmap (Monthly/Quarterly) will also be stored there.

This allows you to create dedicated views for the roadmap that are shareable with anyone through the link.

The same is also true for the changelog categories.

"Your posts" tab on Public Portal

Your users can now see their posts conveniently on the Public Portal view.

Previously, finding posts for end-users was pretty difficult. This update should help them stay more in touch with their own feedback.

OG-images

All Featurebase content shared on social media now includes programmatically generated preview images.

"Company" and "Author" filters 🏷️

You can finally view all posts by a specific customer or company without creating a dedicated user segment for it.

Strict CSP support

Content Security Policy (CSP) is a security mechanism that helps protect against content injection attacks, such as Cross-Site Scripting (XSS).

Featurebase now fully supports strict CSPv3; read more here Using Featurebase with Content Security Policy
