Featurebase is now SOC 2 certified for even greater security!
Security has always been a big focus for us at Featurebase, and now it’s certified!
After a months-long audit (and a lot of documentation), we’ve officially completed our SOC 2 Type II certification. That means an independent auditor has reviewed our systems, processes, and controls, and confirmed we meet industry standards for how we handle and protect customer data.
What’s SOC 2
SOC 2 is a security framework designed for SaaS companies. Type II is the more in-depth version - it not only checks that we have the right controls in place, but also that we actually follow them over time.
In short: your data is safe with us, and we’ve got the paperwork to prove it.
Why we did this

This certification is a way to show that we’re not just doing the right things internally, but that we’re willing to prove it externally too.
Not a one-time thing
SOC 2 Type II is a continuous process. We’ll go through this audit every year to make sure we stay on track and keep improving.
