Hey guys! New month, new updates—you know how it goes.

This time, we primarily focused on the file and video uploads that not only improve your experience with existing modules but are also essential for the upcoming support module! 😉

File uploads 🖇️

You and your users can now upload files to feedback, changelog releases, and help articles.

The files are secure and accessible only to those with access to that specific post, release, or article!

You can attach files everywhere by typing in /file or clicking the paperclip icon in the editor.

More video formats & improvements 🎥

In addition to a brand new video player, we now support almost every video format in the game: MP4, MKV, MOV, AVI, FLV, MPEG, MXF, LXF, GXF, 3GP, WebM, MPG, Quicktime.

The video streaming is also optimized for your internet speed, making sure you do not have to stream 4K content on a slow internet connection.

Note: The streaming optimization is only uploaded for newly uploaded videos.

Changelog popup redesign 👨‍🎨

We also improved the design of the popular changelog popup to be more intuitive.

Along with several minor adjustments, it’s now taller, giving users more space to view the entire update.

Ability to add notes with upvotes from Zendesk ✏️

When subscribing users to posts from Zendesk, you can also add a note on their behalf with it.

It will automatically default to a private comment in Featurebase. Users will not be notified about it and will not see it themselves.

Other improvements & fixes 🤏

• Fixed buttons glitch in the Moderations tab when changing the board of a post

• New slick onboarding flow

• The comment thread section was redesigned to make replies easier to view

• + Many other bug fixes and minor improvements
