Here's how it works

When users post feedback in Featurebase, you can convert it into a new actionable GitHub issue or sync it with an existing one that your engineers can work on.

The progress of the created GitHub issue will be synced with Featurebase, making sure users are always kept up-to-date with automatic progress update emails and you don't have to update 2 places manually.
