We're super excited to bring new updates to the Roadmap module! 🗺️

You no longer have to use one roadmap for everything. The new roadmap module allows creating different highly customized roadmaps for internal planning, different products, user segments, and much more.

With unlimited filtering options, you have complete control over what’s shown on each roadmap, right down to individual columns.

Here are just a few ways you can use the new roadmaps:

• Product-specific roadmaps: Ideal for managing multiple products and providing a focused view for each, like we do.

• Public and internal roadmaps: Keep your internal planning private while sharing a public roadmap with users—each audience sees only what they need.

• User-segment roadmaps: Show different roadmaps to different user segments that you have created.

Company-only boards

You can now default posts on selected boards to "company-only" - meaning they'll only be visible to your team and members of the author's company.

This can be very useful for sensitive feedback (like bug reports), feature requests from enterprise clients, company-specific inquiries, etc..

It’s also secured by our Identity Verification feature to ensure the wrong people can’t get access to the discussions.

Custom-field filtering

You can finally filter feedback by custom fields. This allows you to create powerful views to filter feedback by attributes like (product module, app version, etc.)

It also allows you to create different roadmaps for different products, for example.

User banning

Introducing user-banning features that allow admins to ban users directly, offering greater control over community and engagement:
