Real-time analytics for all modules, help article reactions, Azure DevOps integration & more

Weโ€™re super excited to roll out real-time analytics for all the Featurebase modules to help you measure every aspect of your website portal activity, widget views, and more.


Overview of available analytics:

1. General metrics

Visitor analytics help you track unique visitors and page views, see how users interact with widgets, and analyze visit times. Discover your top-performing pages, most engaged locations, primary traffic sources & more.

2. Feedback metrics

Feedback analytics give you an overview of how many posts, comments, and votes happen each day/week/month. You can monitor posts, comments, and votes over any timeframe. Easily identify important topics with a quick glance at the most viewed, commented, and upvoted posts.

3. Changelog metrics

Changelog analytics help you see how many views your changelogs get through your website or widgets. You can also track comment activity and user reactions to measure the impact of your announcements.

4. Help center metrics

With the new Help Center analytics and article reaction features, you can easily see how helpful your content is, what can be improved, and the top-viewed articles.

5. Survey metrics

Track response rates across all your surveys and highlight your top-performing questionnaires - all within your chosen timeframe.

Itโ€™s available for free to all users while in beta. Let us know if you want to see any other metrics in the reports.

Remember that analytics data is tracked starting today, so you will not see any historical data.


Help center reactions

Your users can now react to articles based on helpfulness. If they react negatively, a follow-up textbox will ask what could be improved. This way, you can see the helpfulness of the articles and exactly what needs to be improved.

You can either view the reactions of an individual article by opening the article or see all the results from the new analytics tab.

Azure DevOps integration

For Enterprise customers, we also launched the Featurebase โ†” Azure DevOps integration, enabling you to turn new feedback from Featurebase into actionable Work Items and keep them in sync with your work in DevOps.

Other improvements

  • The All-in-one widget main page can now be disabled, and you can programmatically open the widget in your selected help article Install the All-In-One Widget

  • Fixed public profile viewing issue with new anonymity feature

  • Removed flicker from changelog popup widget

  • You can now search Linear issues by issue ID

  • + many other minor fixes & improvements
