Ability to change order of roadmap view in Intercom

Currently the roadmap view in the Intercom messenger is in the same order of the statuses on the roadmap view. While that order makes sense in the roadmap view, when it's viewed in the Intercom messenger vertically it's not easy for the customer to understand what we're currently working on. Instead, I'd like to be able to determine the order of the statuses in Intercom messenger so that I can show them what we're working on now first, followed by what's planned, then what's completed.
