We released this feature through a status rework with this changelog, but I forgot to update it here.
It's released and you can hide completed and canceled posts from Settings -> Statuses:

Much needed, as especially completed bugs make no sense under posts anymore. So it can be either status related or you just choose by post which not to show on posts page anymore. Often they should stay on roadmap still, as that clears over time.

Good idea, we will add an option to hide the completed posts from the public feedback board.
