Overview
Currently, views saved under Quick Filters > Views appear in the order they were created, with no way to manually reorder them. This can be problematic for teams that rely on a specific workflow or status pipeline, as it forces users to delete and recreate views just to achieve a desired sequence.
Adding the ability to reorder saved views would improve usability and organization, ensuring a more structured and efficient workflow.
Proposed Functionality
1) Drag-and-Drop Reordering
• Users can click and drag views within the Quick Filters > Views section to rearrange them in their preferred order.
• The updated order is saved automatically and persists across sessions.
2) Manual Ordering via Numbering or Sorting
• Alternatively, an option to manually assign a numerical position to each view (e.g., “Move Up” / “Move Down” buttons) would allow for precise control.
• A simple “Sort By” dropdown could also be introduced, allowing users to arrange views by:
• Custom order (default)
• Alphabetically (A-Z or Z-A)
• Date created (Newest or Oldest first)
3) Default View Selection
• Users can optionally set a default view that appears first when opening the Quick Filters menu.
