Add ability to move a comment to another post from the 3 dots menu on a comment

Sometimes comments get added to the wrong features whether this is something that happened programatically or a user added it to a post when there is a more relevant one to apply it too. I can’t currently see an easy way to move comments over without deleting and recreating them.
