Add markdown support

As someone who has migrated hundreds of tickets from Github and tried to use a markdown tool to keep a template handy, I would love to be able to paste items in Markdown and have them work, but also to control the editing with Markdown.

It's way faster and more predictable then using the editor, and for our user base of engineers and developers, this will be helpful to them as well when they submit.
