Add multi-language customization of feedback portal page and ticket cards

People who do not speak Russian write to us in technical support, although they represent a small number of our users, but it is difficult for them to navigate in the interface of our feedback portal. We plan to develop and enter foreign markets, so the ability to customize the interface in different languages is important to us. On my screenshots I have marked the elements that I would like to adapt for different languages, for example, “Send” button, call to action on the main page, custom fields, names of ticket types (idea, bug), etc.
