This would help us too. We would like to ask users to send through their recent log files to help with debugging issues.

Hey @Dianne McEwan, thanks for the feedback!
We have a feature called Author-only boards & posts, which allows you to privately discuss and share files. However, this makes the entire post private, which might not be ideal.
We plan on introducing some private options for this in the future. Do you think a solution would be to add a button in the comment textbox, which lets end users make their comment private (only visible to your internal team)?
Basically, something similar to what admins have:

Hi Bruno!
Yes, I think the button on a comment would definitely help especially if we request log files in our response and then they can respond privately!
What I was envisioning was building an extension into Raycast to be able search and create feedback into featurebase and have a checkbox to attach recent logs to make this easier to get. So if you went with the private button, it would awesome if we could then attach private comment to the API post with the log file attached. In this case I guess we could also just the whole issue as private but the idea is to be able to not duplicate feedback as much as possible.
