Add specific error message for video uploads exceeding 80MB limit

Currently, Featurebase has an 80MB limit for video uploads. When a user attempts to upload a video larger than this limit, the upload fails, but no specific error message is displayed indicating that the file size is the issue. This leads to user confusion as they don't understand why the upload failed. A clear error message should be added to inform users when their video exceeds the 80MB limit.
